Baltimore Cruise

RHSC Cruise # 1

The first club cruise for 2008 is scheduled for June 21-22. We will be heading back to one of our favorite spots, Baltimore's Inner Harbor East Marina.

The marina is planning on about 10-15 boats, but advanced reservations are required for each vessel. Please contact the marina at 410-625-1700 between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm with your information and deposit of $15.

There will be a brief Captain and Crew's meeting at 9am Saturday morning in the Sailing Emporium library before departing for Baltimore. Directions will be available for those that need it and previous participants of this cruise may want to share stories and special notes for the newcomers.

There will be the usual dock party at Inner Harbor East from 4:00 to 7:00 pm in the dock tent area. The dock party is BYOB and please bring an appetizer or small dish to share.

There are many good restaurants within walking distance of the marina and the marina office has a list of them with telephone numbers so you can make reservations or plans as you like.

In addition to contacting Inner Harbor East for your reservation, please e-mail Rose King at sailking2@comcast.net with your RSVP.

If you have a change of plans after leaving, be sure to notify the person holding your Float Plan. Do NOT file this plan with the Coast Guard.
