In cooperation with the Sailing Emporium the Rock Hall Sailing Club has begun a Youth Personal Flotation Device loan program.

Art Willis has agreed to store the PFD's for us and any RHSC member in need of a PFD for a visiting youth may draw what is needed from the Club inventory, on a first come first serve basis.
